欠发达地区所集聚的产业长期处于低水平均衡状态。通过对苏北杨木加工业集聚低水平发展影响机制的研究,揭示了导致欠发达地区产业集聚低水平锁定的经济—文化抑制循环。在这种抑制循环机制作用下,苏北杨木加工产业集聚始终呈现低水平均衡。在此基础上,文中提出应建立经济—文化解抑机制,通过经济与文化联动打破抑制产业集聚发展的作用循环,实现产业集聚快速发展。
Industry agglomeration in less developed area has long been in low-level equilibrium trap. Through the research on influencing mechanism on low level development of poplar processing industry agglomeration in North Jiangsu, we found that economic-cultural inhibition cycle leads to a low level of industrial agglomeration in less developed areas. Based on this, we put forward the economic and cultural disinhibition mechanism for industrial agglomeration to relieve the inhibition on and realize rapid development of industry agglomeration through economic and cultural linkage
