MOTOmed对改善偏瘫下肢运动功能的影响

目的探究MOTOmed对改善偏瘫患者下肢运动功能的影响,从而确定其临床治疗意义。方法对治疗组20例患者进行针对性MoTOmed的下肢训练(2次/d,30min/次)加常规PT训练,对照组进行常规的PT训练。治疗1个月后采用改良的Ashworth量表评价法;FugI-Meyer评价法;步行功能性分级及最大步行速度进行评定。结果治疗组患者下肢肌张力、步行速度较对照组亦明显改善(P〈0.01);FuglMeyer下肢运动功能评分治疗组为(2555±752),对照组为(20.53±3.45),FugI—Meyer平衡功能评分治疗组(10.43±2.99),治疗后为(8.98±3.18);经统计学分析,两者存在统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论通过对偏瘫患者进行针对性MOTOmed的下肢训练加常规PT训练,可以提高下肢灵活性、缓解痉挛;有助于下肢运动、平衡功能的明显改善,促进步行能力。

Objective To explore the the MOTOmed right to improve lower extremity motor function in patients with hemiplegia in order to determine the significance of their clinical treatment. Methods 20 patients of the treatment group targeted MOTOmed lower extremity training (2 times / day, 30 minutes / time) and conventional PT training in the control group conventional PT training. One month after treatment using a modified Ashworth scale evaluation; Fugl-Meyer Assessment Law; walk functional classification and maximum walking speed assessment. Results The patients treated with lower limb muscle tension and walking speed than the control group also improved significantly (P〈0.01); Fugl-Meyer lower limb motor function score treatment group (x± s) in the control group was (25.35± 7.52), (20.53 ± 3.45), Fugl-Meyer balance score treatment group was (10.43 ±2.99), after treatment is (8.98 ±3.18); statistical analysis, there existed significant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion The patients with hemiplegia relevance the MOTOmed of lower limb training plus conventional PT training, can improve lower extremity flexibility, relieve spasm; contribute to the significant improvement of lower limb movement, balance function, the promotion of walking ability.
