近年来,网络舆情对政治生活秩序和社会稳定的影响与日俱增,一些重大的网络舆情事件使人们开始认识到网络对社会监督起到的巨大作用。因此,必须对网络舆论信息进行有效的汇集以及整理,以作进一步的引导和控制。电网企业网络舆情在线智能监测系统针对国网甘肃省电力公司系统舆情环境及现状,通过建设舆情监测服务器,利用信息化手段,对网络贴吧、论坛、主流门户网站、地方网站及微博、博客等新媒体进行实时不间断的网络信息采集,并对采集到的信息进行智能过滤和分级,通过技术手段实现舆情的实时推送,提升了公司网络舆情管理水平。
In recent years, there is an increasing impact of network public opinions on political order and social stability in life. A few significant events related with public opinions make people start realizing that network will play a great role in social supervision. Therefore, the information of network public opinions must be effectively collected and arranged for further guidance and control. According to the situations of network public opinions in Gansu electric power company, this paper proposes a network public opinion online intelligent monitoring system for power grid enterprises, which continuously collects network information from network post bars, forums, mainstream portal websites, local websites and micro-blog, blogs and other new medias through the network public opinion server built by the information technologies. Further, the collected information are intelligently filtered and classified, and then they are pushed out in time through technical methods, which will improve the management level of company for network public opinions.
