目的 观察茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效。方法 将新生儿病理性黄疸81例随机分为对照组40例和治疗组41例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予茵栀黄口服液治疗,观察两组患儿临床疗效、黄疸消退时间及血清胆红素变化情况。结果 两组患儿治疗总有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但显效率比较,治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.01）,治疗组黄疸消退时间快于对照组（P〈0.05）,且在治疗后第3、6、8d治疗组患儿血清胆红素水平低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 茵栀黄口服液对于治疗新生儿高胆红素血症有较好疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal pathologic jaundice. Methods The newborns are were selected and randomly divided into two groups,including 40 cases in the treatment group,treated by routine drug therapy and blue light irradiation,and 41 cases in the control group,treated by routine drug therapy,blue light irradiation and Yinzhihuang oral liquid. And then the clinical therapeutic effect,the decreases of neonatal jaundice and the decline in serum total bilirubin in the 2 groups were observed. Results The treatment effect of treatment groupⅠ was similar to treatment groupⅡ（P〉 0. 05）,the total effective rate and the decrease of neonatal in treatment groupⅠ was better than that of control group,there was significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Furthermore,the level of serum total bilirubin in the treatment group became relatively lower than that in the control after the third,sixth and eighth day＇s treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of Yinzhihuang oral liquid is good for the Hyperbilirubinemia treatment of newborns.
