幽门螺杆菌(Hp)为胃炎、消化性溃疡的病因,基因分型是触及生命本质的方法,不同基因分型与疾病相关性不同、其耐药性也不同。文章从Hp基因分型入手,通过以下四个方面:不同基因分型与疾病的相关性、不同基因分型的耐药情况、不同基因分型与黏膜损害程度的关系以及中医药抗Hp的干预环节,简要总结了近7年幽门螺杆菌基因分型的研究情况,为中医药抗Hp治疗提供新方法,发现新药物。

Different genotyping is correlated with different diseases and different genotyping correlated with different resistances. This ar- ticle observed the I-Ip genotyping. There were four aspects to discuss：The correlation on different genotyping with the disease;dif- ferent genotyping resistant;the different genotyping mucosal damage intensity;intervention link of traditional Chinese medicine. A brief summary of the nearly seven years of Hp genotyping research provides a new method to discover new drugs for the treatment of Hp with traditional Chinese medicine.
