Now the aerospace cause has been transferred from the leading of national mission to the leading of business on global scale, sufficiently showing a business value of aerospace industry. The lawmaking practice from America has proven that during initial stages of development of aerospace industry many related industries can be supported and bred to better integrating the aerospace industry into national economy via corresponding industry promotion law. Though our country has been provided with the basic conditions to breed the aerospace economic industry, the business aerospace of our country, whether in scale benefit or in the degree of enterprization and marketing, is still in the initial breeding stage because of being enslaved to the traditional planned economy mode. Therefore it is necessary to carry out industry lawmaking to solve different problems, such as Sub-monopoly, disjoint of military and civilian production and lack complement of finance and insurance. We shall insist on the orientation of Industry Promotion Law in the intending aerospace lawmaking of our country to clear away obstacles for the development of our aerospace economic industry.
