薄板结构畸变模型的动力学相似设计及几何区间确定

针对单层弹性薄板、层合板、涂层板及夹层板等常用板类结构的动力学相似试验模型设计,在归纳总结其基本假设及平衡方程的基础上,利用方程分析法,结合结构敏感性分析建立了4种结构悬臂板的畸变动力学相似关系,并进行对比分析;提出1种畸变模型的区间确定方法,基于模型与原型在第1阶固有相似(即固有频率成比例映射关系、且振型保持一致)时畸变模型的尺寸适用区间的确定方法,利用多项式拟合方法,得到单层弹性薄板模型和原型在不同阶次下的相似畸变模型几何结构适用区间的边界值方程。为薄板类结构试验模型的动力学相似设计提供了理论依据。

Aiming at dynamic similitude test model design of commonly used plate structure with different structure, including elastic plate, laminated composite plate, coating plate and sandwich plate. Based on summarization of hypothesizes and governing equation, the distortion dynamic similitude relations of 4 kinds of cantilever plate structure were derived and analyzed using equation analysis combing the sensitivity analysis. A method of determining the structure size interval distortion models was proposed based on the same first order nature characteristic(nature frequency and vibration mode). The boundary functions of single-layer elastic thin plate model and prototype were obtained using the polynomial fitting method, which is similitude distortion model geometric structure applicable interval under different order. It provides a theoretical basis for the similar model structural design for plate structures.
