摘 要:放射性心脏损伤是胸部肿瘤放射治疗中的常见并发症,其发生机制为线粒体等细胞微观结构改变、毛细血管受损、炎症与纤维化,临床相关影响因素有放射物理、药物联合使用、心肺相互作用,文章在此基础上对可能的干预措施进行讨论。
Abstract:Radiation induced heart disease is a common complication of thoracic radiotherapy. Its mechanism includes mitochondrial damage,capillary damage,inflammation and fibrosis. Physical features of radiation,combination of drugs use and heart-lung interaction are important influencing factors clinically. This article proposes some potential interventions based on these influencing factors.
