本文采用数值模拟方法,对高温高压饱和蒸汽通过管道,输送到船用冷却液舱内出现的射流现象进行了研究。基于VOF多相流模型和RNG湍流模型,建立气、液两相流动数学模型,利用Fluent模拟了气体通过管路喷射到液舱内的全过程,同时考虑了气、液两相间的相互转化,得到了液舱内及管路内流场压力变化特性。

In this paper, a numerical simulation method is used to study the phenomenon of the jet flow in the cooling liquid tank of high temperature and high pressure saturated steam through the pipeline. Based on the multi-phase flows model of VOF and RNG turbulence model, the mathematical model of gas-liquid two phase flow is established, and the whole process of injecting gas through the pipeline into the liquid tank is simulated by Fluent, and the flow field pressure inside and inside the pipeline is obtained.
