几种杂多酸及其盐对亚硝酸根清除效果的比较

模拟胃液条件下,采用分光光度法,以Vc(又称L-抗坏血酸)为标准对照品,测定了磷钨酸、磷钼酸、硅钨酸、钨酸钠和钼酸钠几种常见杂多酸及盐对亚硝酸根(NO2-)的清除作用.实验结果表明:三种杂多酸对亚硝酸根有较好的清除作用,且清除效果好于强氧化剂Vc,清除能力大小为硅钨酸〉磷钨酸〉磷钼酸,其EC50分别为0.27mmol/L,0.35 mmol/L和0.62 mmol/L,而钨酸钠的清除能力相对较弱.


By using spectrometric method, the scavenging activity of several common heteropoly acids and their salts, phosphotungstic acid, phosphomolybdic acid, silicotungstic acid, sodium tungstate and sodium molybdate to nitrile ions (NO2-)was measured with Vitamin C(known as L-ascorbic acid)as standard reference material under the simulated solution of gastric juice. The results showed that all the three kinds of heteropoly acids have better scavenging effect than the strong oxidant Vc to nitrite. The sequence of scavenging effect of three heteropoly acids was silicotungstic ac-id〉phosphotungstic acid〉phosphomolybdic acid, with their EC50 was 0.27mmol/L, 0.35 mmol/L and 0.62 mmol/L, respectively. Sodium tungstate exhibited poor scavenging activity.
