本文联合电解精炼与区域熔炼法,制得99.9999%的高纯铟。通过实验探讨了电解精炼的原理,并分析了区域速度、区域次数对铟纯化的影响。实验表明:粗铟通过电解精炼可以制得99.999%的高纯铟,再经区域速度为20mm/h,区熔次数为8次的区域熔炼可以获得99.9999%以上的高纯铟。
This paper describes the method to prepare the 99.9999% of the high-purity indium by combined with the electrolytic refining method and zone melting technique. Through experiments, it discusses the principle of the electrolytic refining, and analyzes the influence of the zone rate and the zone times on the indium purification. Experiments show : 99.999% of the high purity indium can be made from the crude indium by the electrolytic refining method, and then can be obtained more than 99.9999% of the high purity indium through the zone melting technique, which rate is 20mm/h and which melting number is 8 times.
