摘 要:目的 从一株来源于柳珊瑚的真菌Scopulariopsis sp.中分离获得一种新萜类二氢喹啉酮生物碱Scopuquinolone A(1)。方法 新化合物1的结构确定是通过广泛的波谱数据,包括二维核磁和高分辨质谱。1的绝对构型是通过CD以及计算旋光结合实验数据得以确定的。结果 化合物1鉴定为一种新萜类二氢喹啉酮生物碱。结论 中国南海柳珊瑚来源的真菌是产生结构新颖、活性显著的次级代谢产物的重要来源。这是首次从Scopulariopsis属真菌中分离获得新的萜类二氢喹啉酮生物碱。

Abstract: Objective To study the chemical structure of a new terpenoid dihydroquinolone alkaloid, named scopuquinolone A (1), isolated from a gorgonian coral-derived Scopulariopsis sp. fungus. Methods The new chemical structure of 1 was identified by comprehensive spectroscopic data including 2D NMR and HR ESIMS. The absolute configuration was confirmed by CD spectrum and the computed optical rotations with the experimental optical rotation. Results Compound 1 was identified as a new terpenoid dihydroquinolone alkaloid. Conclusion The marine derived fungi from gorgonian coral collected from the South China Sea are prolific resources that produce structurally novel and biologically active secondary metabolites. This is the first time to isolate this class of new terpenoid dihydroquinolone alkaloids from the Scopulariopsis genus fungi.
