目的: 建立中药材救必应中铁冬青总皂苷中间苯三酚含量的测定方法。方法: 采用HPLC法测定铁冬青总皂苷中间苯三酚的含量,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(70:30);流量0.8 mL·min-1;检测波长211 nm。结果: 间苯三酚在0.078 8～0.394 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为99.59%,RSD为2.03%。结论: 该方法简便、快速、结果准确,可作为救必应的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of M-trihydroxybenzene in Total Saponins of Ilex rotunda.Methods: The content of M-trihydroxybenzene was determined by HPLC with a Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) and mobile phase composed of methanol-water(70:30) at flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The UV-detection wavelength was set at 211 nm.Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.078 8-0.394 0 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery rate was 99.59%,RSD was 2.03%.Conclusion: The established method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for quality control of Ilicis Rotundae Cortex.
