田间调查发现,湖北省长阳县玉米粗缩病发生普遍,白背飞虱大量分布,未见灰飞虱存在。通过症状观察、病毒dsRNA基因组电泳图谱分析、RT-PCR、序列分析等鉴定方法,对湖北长阳玉米粗缩病进行病原鉴定。结果表明,湖北长阳发生的玉米粗缩病是由新的水稻斐济病毒暂定种——南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒(Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus,SRBSDV)引起。
Field investigations were conducted on the viral diseases in Changyang county, Hubei province. Maize rough dwarf disease was the main virus disease with vast white-backed planthoppers but few small brown planthoppers. By symptom observation, dsRNA profiling, RT-PCR and sequence analysis, the pathogen of the maize rough dwarf disease in Changyang county was identified as the proposed novel Fijivirus species, the name is Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus(SRBSDV).
