目的 快速查明食物中毒的原因, 为中毒事件的调查提供技术支持。方法 通过现场流行病学调查分 析中毒原因, 运用液质联用方法对样品进行检测确证。结果 两起食物中毒样品均检出河豚毒素。结论 本方法检测快速、准确、结果可靠, 对快速查明中毒原因和患者的临床救治提供可靠的诊断依据。

Objective To quickly investigate the cause of food poisoning and provide technical support for the incident.. Methods The possible cause of poisoning was analyzed by field epidemiological investigation, and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was further applied to confirm the accuracy. Results Tetrodotoxin was found in the samples of two cases of food poisoning. Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate, and reliable, and it provides a scientific evidence for identifying the cause of tetrodotoxin food poisoning cases and clinic treatment.
