Based on the oscillatory wave voltage method, and taking the factors into account such as the time limit, similarity, time-frequency attenuation of incident wave and reflected wave in partial discharge signal, this paper develops an analysis and administration system for cable partial discharge data. The system is compatible with the original data collected from spot, and has the characteristics of high positioning accuracy and low data dispersion, and is able to realize the functions such as the account management of partial discharge informationt, condition assessment, risk management and report printing.
