Sishencong is one of the common extraordinary acupoint clinically. Many physicians often neglected the direction of acupuncture of Sishencong in clinical application. Now from some commonly used directions clinically, including Sishencong towards Baihui, against governor meridian and towards the focus a brief understanding was described and the application experience in different direction of acupuncture of Sishengtong explored.
