与传统的两步法不同,本文采用一步溶剂热的方法。以TiCl3为钛源,乙二醇为溶剂,在140~180℃下制备出了超薄的TiO2(B)纳米片。该超薄的纳米片由于其晶格中本征的开孔通道产生的独特的开孔结构以及超薄的纳米片形成的超高的比表面,而展示出了很高的光催化活性。而且在该反应中,溶剂乙二醇可以在过滤后循环使用,因此这种生产TiO2(B)纳米片的方法是简单易行、环保经济的绿色合成工艺,有着广泛的潜在应用前景。
Different from traditional two-step methods,ultrathin TiO2(B) nanosheets are prepared by one-step hydrolysis reaction of TiCl3 in ethylene glycol between 140 ℃ and 180 ℃ in this paper.These ultrathin nanosheets show more excellent photocatalytic activity due to the ultra-high specific surface area and unique opening structure of original opening channel.Furthermore,the solvent,ethylene glycol,can be reused for further synthesis after separating the products by filtration.In conclusion,this process is simple,environment-friendly and economic way to produce TiO2(B) nanosheets,which is of wide potential application prospect.
