目的：对奥拉西坦胶囊含量测定方法进行改进。方法：现行方法奥拉西坦未经消化,直接采用氮测定法第二法（半微量法）测定,本法改为将奥拉西坦采用氮测定法第一法（常量法）进行测定,滴定度为7．908mg。结果：本方法平均回收率为99．7％,RSD为0．13％．改进后的方法克服了原方法取样量大．操作不易控制等缺点。结论：改进后的方法准确．稳定,可靠,可作为奥扛西坦胶囊及其一些制刺的含量测定。
Objective:To improve the content determination method of Oxiracetam Capsules.Method:The current method is that oxiracetam not being cleared up is measured directly by the second way of nitrogen determination method (semimicro method).The improved method is that oxiracetam is measured by the first way of nitrogen determination method (macro method),T=7.908mg.Result:Average recovery rate of this method was 99.7%,RSD was 0.13%.The improved method overcame the weakness of the original one which has the larger amount of sampling,more inconvenient operation and so on.Conclusion:The improved method is accurate,stable,and reliable,may be served as the content determination method of Oxiracetam Capsules and its agents.
