从矩特征的一般表达方式出发,引入了一种新的不变矩——小波不变矩,并将其用于飞机图像的识别中,仿真结果表明,同Hu矩和Zernike矩相比,该算法具有比较好的识别效果。
In this paper, invariant wavelet moment is presented based on general moment features and is applied to the recognition of plane images. The experimental results prove that this algorithm is superior to Hu moment and Zernike moment on recognition efficiency.
