不同光强下氮素形态对番茄根系质膜H+-ATPase和氧化还原系统活性的影响

对不同光强下氮素形态对番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill)根系若干生理生化指标的影响进行了研究.结果表明,在强光下供应铵态氮植株比供应硝态氮植株的根系生长量和根系活力显著下降,而在弱光下则差异不显著.供应铵态氮植株根系质膜H+-ATPase和氧化还原系统活性显著高于供应硝态氮植株,且强光下差异更大,根系质子分泌速率也相应增加.

Effects of nitrogen forms on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of tomato root under different light intensity were investigated.The results indicated that under high light intensity ammonium treatment,compared with nitrate treatment,significantly decreased root biomass and root vigor,and significantly enhanced the activity of H+-ATPase and redox system of root plasmalemma,which resulted in the increase of the proton extrusion of roots simultaneously.Under low light intensity,Ammonium treatment had no significant effects on root biomass and root vigor,and the increase of the activity of H+-ATPase and redox system was less than that under high light intensity.
