针对运城盐湖的高、低钙镁含量卤水,采用烧碱、纯碱以及磷酸二氢铵等作为除钙镁试剂,聚合AlCl3、FeS-O4、Al2(SO4)3、FeCl3及聚丙烯酰胺等作为絮凝剂和助凝剂,进行净化除杂的试验研究.结果表明:当卤水钙镁含量较高时,选用烧碱除镁、纯碱除钙,其过量系数为1.05;而卤水中钙镁含量较低时,选择烧碱除镁的过量系数为1.05或磷酸氢二铵除镁的过量系数为1.10,纯碱除钙的过量系数为1.05,除钙镁的效果最好,同时,反应时的最佳搅拌转速为50r/min~60r/min,反应时间为15min;选择工业聚合AlCl3作絮凝剂快速搅拌2min,质量浓度为:5mg/L的聚丙烯酰胺做助凝剂,慢搅15min,其絮凝剂与助凝剂的最佳投放体积比为14∶5.
Based on bittern which has high concentration calcium and magnesium,caustic soda,sodium carbonate and (NH4)2HPO4,NH4H2PO4 are used as calcinm and magnesium removing reagent,and polymeric-AlCl3,FeSO4,Al2(SO4)3,FeCl3,polyacrylamide are used as flocculants.The result shown that magnesium can be removed from bittern by the caustic soda and remove calcium by the sodium carbonate when the concentration of calcium and magnesium is much higher.While at the concentrations of calcium and magnesium were lower,magnesium was removed by (NH4)2HPO4,and calcium was removed by sodium carbonate.The optimal condition was that rotate speed was at 50 r/min~60 r/min and reaction time can’t below 15 min are better.14∶5 of volume ration of flocculant and coagulant was the best condition for getting the limpid aqueous of Glauber’s salt which contains little calcium an magnesium and low turbidity.
