目前,图书馆界出现的“图书馆私有化”思潮,已经影响到图书馆的生存与发展。图书馆“私有化”的出发点是为了解决图书馆经济危机,但后果却可能导致图书馆消亡。对此,我们不能漠不关心,必须以理批判,扭转“私有化”思潮泛滥局面,使图书馆朝正确方向健康发展。
The library is a public goods with public welfare. This can be completely proved in theory and practice. At present,the library ' s subsistence and development have been influenced by the trend of thought of " library privatizing" . Its purpose is to solve the library' s economic crisis, but this result will certainly lead to destruction. In order let the library develop properly, we have to contend with it using the theory of public welfare.
