中国的空间立法起步于20世纪末期。自《中国的航天》白皮书发布后,空间立法速度明显加快,但与主要航天大国相比,中国的空间立法还处于相对落后状态。随着中国航天科技工业的快速发展,立法滞后问题会越来越突出。现阶段,可以采取单行立法的方式逐步完善中国的空间立法。在时机成熟时,应当制定一部综合性的《中国空间活动法》。
The space legislation of China originated from the late 20th century.The pace of Chinese space legislation quickened obviously since the issue of the White Paper entitled China's Space Activities.Compared with the other major great powers in the space field,the space legislation of China somewhat lags behind.With the rapid development of Space technology and industry in China,the problem of legislation lag will be even more obvious.At present,China may consummate its space legislation by means of separate legislation stage by stage,but China should formulate an integrated space code,namely Space Activities Act of China,as occasion serves.
