目的优化鼻窦扫描剂量,探讨其辐射防护价值.方法对常规扫描发现鼻窦病变的80例青少年及110例成人患者行低剂量单层追踪扫描,观察其成像质量,分析低剂量阈值及单次扫描的CT剂量加权指数(CTDIW).结果青少年组低剂量扫描的曝光量及单次扫描的CTDIW下降幅度均为70.38%~75%,成人组下降幅度均为68.47%~73.85%.结论鼻窦低剂量CT扫描的正确应用,可以有效降低患者的受照射剂量.
Objective To optimize CT scanning dose in paranasal sinus examination, and to evaluate the preventive value of low dose CT scanning. Methods Taking conventional dose in paranasal sinus examination as standard dose, and assuming cranial superior inferior diameter as reference line, 110 adults and 80 adolescent patients were scanned with low dose, and the quality of images and accurate rate of diagnosis in these patients were not reduced. The range of scanning dose and single scanning CT dose index weighted were evaluated. Results Compared with conventional CT scanning, exposure value and CTDIW of low dose scanning in adolescent group were reduced from 70.38% to 75%, and in adults group reduced from 68.47% to 73.85%. Conclusion Low dose CT scanning in paranasal sinus examination reduces exposure of patients and hazards of exposure.
