高铬镍不锈钢是湿法磷复肥生产装备中常用的材料 ,它能够经受得住工况介质腐蚀磨损的双重作用 ,是因为在其表面能形成耐腐蚀和具有自愈能力的钝化膜 .采用 XPS和 AES对钝化膜的组态和元素分布进行分析 ;运用 X衍射对钝化膜的结构进行了测试 ;并结合静态与动态的电化学性能对高铬镍不锈钢钝化膜进行了研究 .结果表明 :钝化膜主要是由 Cr、Mo、Fe的氧化物 Cr2 O3、Mo O3、Fe O、Fe2 O3等复合组成 ,所形成的是非晶态膜 ,Ni和 Cu是在膜下的富集 ,增加了膜的稳定性 .
High Cr- Ni stainless steel is widely used in the processing of hot wet- process phosphoric acid, because a passive film on its surface possesses corrosion and erosion resistance and ability of self- recovery in the medium.XPSand AESwere carried outto analyse structure and distribution of elements of the pas- sive film.X- ray diffraction was used to determine construction of the passive film.The static and the dy- namic corrosion electrochemical behavior of the steel were tested for studying the passive film. The results show that passive film is made up of the oxide of Cr,Fe,Mo.The passive film is a no- crystalline type film. Ni and Cu are distributed in the second film so that stability of the film is raised.
