目的 客观评价我国贝类产品重金属污染状况。方法通过调查比较和分析我国现有贝类产品重金属含量,研究对照CAC等相关标准。结果我国GB18406.4—2001《农产品安全质量无公害水产品安全要求》等标准设定的贝类重金属限值要求过于严格,超过CAC、澳大利亚、中国香港等的标准要求。结论建议适当放宽我国海洋贝类生物铅、镉的限量标准值。

Objective To evaluate the pollutive conditions of heavy metals of shellfish products in China. Methods Inquiry and comparison were used to observe the contents of heavy metals of shellfish products in China, and to compare with CAC standard etc. Results The shellfish standard of GB 18406.4-2001 provided the kinds of limit value requirement of heavy metals could he too strict and surpassed national and the local standard request of CAC, Australian, Chinese Hong Kong. Conclusion It was suggested that the standard restrictions value of lead and cadmium in the marine shellfish of in our country should be decreased.
