以二倍体毛新杨、银腺杨为参照亲本 ,对三倍体毛白杨配子育性及其子代变异进行了研究 .结果表明 :①三倍体毛白杨B312花粉量较大 ,平均每花序高达 5 3mg.采用二倍体为参照母本研究三倍体花粉配子育性有估测过高的倾向 .②通过二倍体为参照父本可以相对较为准确地检测三倍体的雌配子育性 ,其中三倍体毛白杨雌株B30 3 ,B30 4,B30 5的配子育性介于 0 .0 5 %~ 0 .5 %之间 .③三倍体毛白杨与毛新杨等的杂交子代中存在三片子叶、四片子叶等子叶形态变异现象 ,总变异率达 2 6 .47% .④利用三倍体毛白杨与二倍体毛新杨、银腺杨杂交 ,共成苗 170株 ,其中包括 14.7%的畸形苗 .三倍体杂交子代的子叶变异以及畸形苗的出现与其细胞染色体不平衡有关 ,这些三倍体杂交子代对于相关的遗传学研究和育种实践具有一定的价值 .
The research on gamete fertility and its morphological variations in the offsprings of triploid Chinese white poplar [( Populus tomentosa × P. bolleana ) × P.tomentosa ] was conducted along with the reference parents of diploid poplars ( P.tomentosa × P. bolleana ) and ( P. alba × P. glandulosa ). The results show: ① the triploid Chinese white poplar (B312) produces larger quantity of pollen yield with the average of 53 mg per catkin. It is found that the trend of higher estimates for the gamete fertility was observed if the diploids were used as reference mother parents. ② Female gamete fertility of the triploid Chinese white poplars would be comparatively accurate if the diploids were used as reference father parents, of which the fertility ranging from 0.05%~0.5% for female triploid Chinese white poplars such as B303, B304 and B305. ③ Some morphological variations such as tricotyledons and quadricotyledons were observed in the hybrid offsprings between the triploid Chinese white poplars [( Populus tomentosa × P. bolleana) × P. tomentosa ] and P.tomentosa × P. bolleana , with a total variation rate of up to 26.47%. ④ A total of 170 hybrid seedlings were obtained from crossing among the triploid Chinese white poplar and diploid poplars, of which abnormal poplar seedlings accounting for 14.7% of total seedlings. The phenomena such as variations in the cotylodens and seedlings of offspring hybrids among the triploid and diploid poplars might be related to the equilibrium of cell chromosomes. There is no doubt that these poplar hybrids will play important roles on further research in poplar genetics and breeding.
