含氟反式环己基联苯液晶的合成

分别以PdCl2或Pd2(dba)3(CHCl3)作催化剂,K3PO4作碱,吡啶为溶剂,通过Suzuki交叉偶联反应合成了3个含氟反式环己基联苯液晶。与PdCl2相比,Pd2(dba)3(CHCl3)催化效力高,用量少(摩尔分数为0.25%),能有效催化多氟-反式环己基联苯类液晶的合成,纯产品产率达80%~67%,该反应体系简单、高效,催化剂合成储存方便,经济实用,具有较高的工业应用前景。


Three pure fluorinated trans-cyclohexylbiphenyl liquid crystals were prepared by Suzuki cross-coupling reaction using PdCl2 or Pd2(dba)3(CHCl3) as catalyst,K3PO4 as base and pyridine as solvent.Compared with PdCl2,Pd2(dba)3(CHCl3) catalyzed the reaction more effectively,80 %~67 % product yields were obtained when 0.25 % mole fraction Pd2(dba)3(CHCl3) was used,the reaction system is simple and efficient,has potential for application in chemical industry.
