通过不同培养基配方对金针菇菌丝体生长的对比试验，筛选出适合金针菇生长的培养基配方，试验表明，金针菇一级种培养基以配方5最好，菌丝生长速度最快、生长势最强，配方5由马铃薯、白糖、KH2PO4、硫酸镁、蛋白胨另加琼脂、水按一定比例混合而成；金针菇二级种培养基以麦粒为主料的配方1最好，菌丝生长速度最快。
