目的观察萎康胶囊对萎缩性胃炎癌前期病变大鼠胃黏膜形态学的影响。方法将大白鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、自然恢复组,萎康胶囊大、小剂量治疗组,维酶素治疗组。结果模型组光镜下可见大鼠胃黏膜萎缩变薄,腺体数量减少,有肠上皮化生和不同程度的异型增生。经萎康胶囊治疗后,胃黏膜炎症减轻,肠化或异型增生减轻或消失。结论萎康胶囊可能对萎缩性胃炎胃黏膜萎缩上皮和肠化以及异型增生等癌前期病变具有较好的阻断和逆转作用。
Objective To observe the influence of Weikang Capsule on the morphological changes of gastric mucosa in rats with precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis.Method The rats were randomly devided into six groups:the normal control group,model group,spontaneous recovery group,high-dose Weikang Capsule group,low-dose Weikang Capsule group and Weimeisu group.Result In the model group the result of the light microscope showed that!the gastric mucosa was atrophied and thinner,the glands was getting less,the enteral epithelial metaplasia and various dysplasia were occurred.After the administration of Weikang Capsule the inflammation of gastric mucosa,enteral epithelial metaplasia and dysplasia were all relieved or disappeared.Conclusion Weikang Capsule may have a better interrupted and reversal effect on the precancerous lesions of atrophic gastritis,such as gastric mucosa atrophy,enteral epithelial metaplasia and dysplasia.
