为了找出姚明在篮球技术方面的优势及不足,为他今后更好的发展提出建议,同时也给中国篮球中锋球员的训练提供参考。主要运用信息技术方法,对姚明在NBA 2002-2008赛季的技术指标进行分析。研究可见：经过在NBA6年的历练,姚明已经成为世界篮球队伍中优秀的中锋之一,但要成为世界顶级篮球中锋,姚明在攻击能力、投篮命中率方面还有待进一步加强和提高。
The purpose of this study was to find out the advantages and disadvantages of YAO Ming＇s basketball technique,propose the suggestions for his better development in the future,and provide reference for the training of Chinese basketball centers. By using the method of information technology,this paper made analysis on technical index of YAO Ming in NBA 2002～2008 season. The result showed that,after six years hard training in NBA,YAO Ming had become one of the excellent basketball centers among world basketball teams,but to be the best of world＇s top basketball center,YAO Ming needs to further strengthen and improve the skill of attack and basketball shooting.
