P-sets which is composed of intemal P-sets and outer P-sets,is a set pair and has dynamic characteristic.Based on P-sets,the concepts such as data set,F-data set,F-data set and((F),F)-data set,and then -F-data set theorem,F-data set theorem,((F),F)-data band theorem,data set recovery theorem,((F),F)-data identification theorem and identification criterion 8re pmposed.By usingthose results,applications of((F),F)-data in an information system are presented.P-setsis a new theory and a new method in the research of a dynamic information system.
