通过熔融共混法制备了PP/纳米SiO2/PP-g-MAH复合材料。研究了纳米SiO2和PP-g-MAH用量对PP基体性能的影响。通过力学性能测试、DSC热分析和SEM照片观测对PP/纳米SiO2和PP/纳米SiO2/PP-g-MAH复合材料的结构和性能进行了系统的研究。结果表明:2%的纳米SiO2和10%PP-g-MAH有较好的协同效应。可以使复合材料的缺口冲击强度提高80%,拉伸强度提高12.5%。DSC表明,纳米SiO2对PP基体有异相成核作用。SEM电镜分析得出,经表面改性的纳米SiO2均匀地分散于PP基体中,从而起到良好的改性作用。

The PP/nano-SiO2/PP-g-MAH composites were made by melt blending process.The properties of the PP matrix with varied contents of nano-SiO2 and PP-g-MAH were investigated,respectively.The micro-structure and properties of the PP/nano-SiO2 and PP/nano-SiO2/PP-g-MAH composites were studied by mechanical properties,differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).The results indicated that the composite with 2% treated nano-SiO2 and 10% PP-g-MAH had the best mechanical properties,the notch impact strength increased by 80%,tensile strength increased by 12.5%.DSC showed that the addition of nano-SiO2 into PP had an obvious nucleating effect on the crystallization of PP.SEM analysis showed that the modified nano-SiO2 particles were homogeneously dispersed in the PP matrix,which indicated good modification effect on PP was obtained.
