:以MnSO4 为催化剂 ,用空气氧化 4 硝基甲苯 2 磺酸合成了 4,4’ 二硝基二苯乙烯 2 ,2’ 二磺酸 ,用UV跟踪来确定反应终点。较习用工艺———FeSO4 做催化剂 ,提高了收率 1 0 %~ 1 5 % ,减少了 5 0 %废水量 ,并缩短了反应时间 1 0h。
Dinitrostilbene 2,2' disulfonic acid was synthesized through air oxidation of 4 nitrotoluene 2 sulfonic acid using MnSO-4 as catalyst.The termination of reaction was determined by UV tracing.The yield was increased by 10%-15%,the amount of wastewater reduced by 50% and the reaction time shortened by 10h in this procedure compared with the conventional procedure using FeSO-4 as catalyst.
