福建省中小流域年最大洪峰流量统计参数的分布规律

用估算统计参数,辅以皮尔逊巨型曲线推算设计流量,是解决缺乏观测资料流域的设计流量推求的重要途径之一.本文针对福建省流域面积小于 1100平方公里的中小流域,以实测资料为依据,并加上调查的特大历史洪水资料,从分析单站的年最大洪峰流量的统计参数入手,参照福建省各地区暴雨统计参数分布规律,经分析归纳,提出了分区多年平均年最大洪峰流量(Qm)的经验公式,变差系数(Cv)等值线图及偏差系数与变差系数比值(Cs/Cv)分区图.可供福建省中小流域规划和工程初步设计,推求设计洪峰流量应用.

One of the important methods to solve the problem of the river basin so far short of observed data and to determine the design flood flow lies in estimating the statistical parameter and calculating the design flood flow by meams of Pearson Type 3 freqency curve. This paper is aimed at the medium and small basins in Fujian, the areas of which are less than 1100 square kilometer. The empiric formula which deals with the mean annual flood peak discharge(Qm), the figure of the isogram of deviation coefficient(Cv) and the figure df the ratio of skewness Coefficient(Cs ) to deviation coefficient(Cv) for the divided districts are given in this paper. The materials mentioned above are based on the data of measurement and of the investigation on the biggest flood in history. on the other hand, they are written by analyzing the statistical parameter of the annual flood peak discharge in each station and by consulting the distribution law of statistical parameter of storms in various districts of Fujian. The empiric formula and these figure data can be applied to any programmor project design for medium or small basins in Fujian Province.
